Return Policy
At YASHITA SOLITAIRE LLC., customer satisfaction is important to us. Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect their purchase. If the merchandise received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within the 7-day inspection period. Returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn, unused, and unaltered condition, together with all original packaging and any accompanying certificates. Merchandise that has been worn, resized, modified, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return. Once the inspection period has expired, the merchandise will be deemed accepted, and all sales shall be considered final.
